Why Gut Health
I didn’t realize gut health was so important until later in life. When I was younger, I never really paid much attention to the foods I ate. Unfortunately, that will take a toll on your body later down the road. My own issues with digestion and stomach problems have left me hospitalized before. These experiences have caused me to educate myself on nutrition, including types of foods to eat and avoid, the nutritional value of various foods, natural remedies, and more. Although following a balanced diet and regular exercise has helped me tremendously with my digestive issues, I realize that staying consistent with healthy habits is the only way to manage these problems. If you’ve ever suffered from digestive issues or any kind of stomach problems, you know how much it sucks and how awful you feel. Unfortunately, it’s something we always have to deal with, but we can learn to eliminate and supplement foods and habits that cause flare-ups. That’s why I wanted to create this blog. I’ve learned a lot in my own journey to self-healing and wanted to share this information to help anyone who may be going through something similar. By sharing my experiences and knowledge, I hope to provide support and guidance for others. Together, we can navigate the challenges of digestive issues and improve our overall well-being.
